AKF/AGF Industrie B.V. is a mould supplier for the thermoplastic injection moulding industry.
As such she performs activities in the fields of :
* design and construction of injection moulds
* manufacturing of injection moulds
* sourcing and purchasing of injection moulds with other suppliers on a global scale
* test moulding and optimalization of injection moulds
* maintenance and overhaul of injection moulds
AKF/AGF Industrie B.V. performs these activities not only to supply her own injection moulding department with injection moulds but also to supply injection moulds to other injection moulders, third parties or end customers. Due to the combination with product development and injection moulding these activities create a ‘one-stop-shopping‘ environment for customers. As such all activities aimed at supplying a customer with a specific, thermoplastic, end product may be performed.
AKF/AGF Industrie B.V. utilizes a fully equipped toolroom to manufacture injection moulds. Furthermore she sources and purchases injection moulds with third parties once it is established that such a route is the better option, technically, economically or strategically. In such a case she does supervise the entire process and also utilizes her experience and know-how to participate actively in such an external manufacturing process. As such basically only the operations are being performed externally.
